2.  Submissions for inclusion in the Community Calendar, Community Directory or Programs & Events homepages will be evaluated according to the following:

The www.ShalomAtlanta.org Community Calendar, Community Directory and Programs & Events listings are intended as a resource for Atlanta's Jewish community.  Local agencies, organizations, companies and individuals are invited to submit items for inclusion. To be included on the website, submissions will be evaluated according to these criteria:

(a) Products and services are located in the Greater Atlanta Metropolitan area.

(b) The products and services provided are necessary to or of benefit to the Greater Atlanta Jewish community.

At this time the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta ("Federation") and the www.ShalomAtlanta.org website does not advertise, endorse, list as a community resource, or link to websites of companies, organizations or individuals which are commercial in nature unless those products and services fulfill the criteria specified above.

Once the directory listing or calendar event is submitted, it will be reviewed by the website administrator(s) for approval to be posted on the website. If for any reason it is determined that the submission does not fall within the parameters of the above-stated guidelines, a notification of the determination will be provided.

Exceptions: If the company, organization or individual is a Federation Corporate Sponsor or has an established marketing agreement with Federation, these contracts will supercede any and all of the above criteria.

4. Definitions

The "Federation Site" is the site operated by the Jewish Community Federation at the Internet address you are now visiting.

The "UJC FedWeb" and the "UJC FedWeb Site" refer to content, tools and services provided by The United Jewish Communities, Inc. (“UJC”) and selected by the Federation Site for use in their entirety, or selected in part to supplement content from the Federation Site.

"You" refers to any user of this site.


4. Personal Use

UJC and the Federation grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, view, use, display and print information on this UJC FedWeb Site, including all the materials provided hereon, for your personal, informational, noncommercial use only.

You may not copy, modify, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, license, or sell any content or any portion of this site without the prior express written consent of UJC or the Federation.

You agree not to interrupt, or attempt to interrupt, the operation of the UJC FedWeb Site or the Federation Site in any way.

You warrant that you will not use this UJC FedWeb Site or the Federation Site for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms of Use.
